Coverage outside Tennessee is coordinated through licensed investigators in the destination jurisdiction, because licensing is state-specific and using an unlicensed operator would compromise the work. Watchtower manages the file, sets the standard and consolidates the reporting so you deal with one point of contact.
Sometimes, and we will say so when it is. If the question is whether they are travelling alone, departure coverage alone often answers it. If the question is what happens once they arrive, departure coverage will not, and we would rather tell you that than bill for a partial answer.
Then that is what the documentation will show, and that is a legitimate outcome. A meaningful share of travel cases end with the client reassured. We have no incentive to manufacture suspicion, and the report reflects what was observed either way.
As much as you can give, but a few days is usually workable. Coordinating destination coverage takes longer than local work, so early notice materially improves what we can arrange and what it costs.
