No, and anyone promising that is overselling. Genuine public records — property deeds, court filings, business registrations, licensing records — are public by law and cannot be suppressed. What can be removed is the aggregated broker profiles that collect and republish those records alongside phone numbers and relatives, and that is the layer that actually creates exposure.
Initial submissions go out within a few days, but brokers respond on their own timelines, typically two to six weeks. Some comply immediately, some require repeated requests, and a few require identity verification before acting.
Some of it, yes. Brokers rebuild profiles as they refresh their sources, which is why one-time opt-outs fail. Our engagements include a monitoring period with re-submission, and clients in genuine safety situations frequently keep monitoring in place ongoing.
It removes a major information channel, and it is worth doing. But it is not a substitute for law enforcement involvement or a protective order, and where there is an active threat we will say plainly that removal is one part of a response rather than the response.
